Typography found during my trip to Tennessee

This weekend I traveled to rural Tennessee with Mark Blane and Jillian Barthold to gather stories, information, and photographs from the family of Phillip Parker. Phillip’s life was ended too soon as a result of bullying simply because of his mannerisms, appearance, and sexual orientation. Phillip’s and other young boys’ lives have been inspiration for The Rock & The Ripe, a play, book, and movement initiated by Mark Blane.
